Nana and the boys

A native Charlestonian, Martha grew up among the incredible gardens and beautiful houses that inspire so many people to visit year-round.  An artist of many talents, she not only paints on needlepoint canvas but also plays recorder and has sung in church choirs and the Charleston Symphony Singer's Guild.  She has created works in pastels, oil, and acrylic, played with stained glass and photography, and done a lot of sewing and other hand work.
